Cancellations/Refunds
Proms & Weddings: Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. Cancellations within 7 days of service date, for any reason will be charged the full amount of the reservation. No-shows and/or cancellations after scheduled vehicle departure will be charged the full amount of the reservation, including standard gratuity.
All other service: Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. Cancellations on the day of service, for any reason will be charged the full amount of the reservation. No-shows and/or cancellations after scheduled vehicle departure will be charged the full amount of the reservation, including standard gratuity. Cancellations or changes CANNOT be made by e-mail, voice message or fax. If Atlantic Limousine cancels your reservation you will receive a full refund. We do not refund unused rental time.
