Terms and Conditions

1) Smoking of any kind is not permitted in any of our vehicles at any time.

2) Cancellations must be done in writing and the initial deposits are non-refundable.

3) We will not be held liable for Late Arrivals or No Shows due to a vehicle accident, act of nature, or any other circumstance beyond our control. We will however attempt to find you another limousine with your approval.

4) Liability of Damages: As the renter of the limousine you agree to accept responsibility for any damage to the limousine due to the actions of your passengers. Unruly passengers will not be tolerated and the chauffeur will have the authority to cancel service for behavior that will put the driver or the vehicle in danger there is damage due to Vomiting in the vehicle, a $350 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card that you reserved the limousine with . If there is fighting of any kind inside or outside of the vehicle, service will be terminated.

5) Overtime: If your rental runs over you will be billed at the same rate that you rented the vehicle for ONLY IF THE LIMOUSINE IS AVAILABLE. The best way to avoid this is the make sure we know what your needs are prior to the day of service. If there are any changes in your plans please let as know as soon as possible so we can see if we can accommodate you.

6) Personal Checks: Will only be accepted as final payment if mailed 2 weeks prior to the date of the rental. A service fee of $25 will be charged for any return checks due to insufficient funds. Final payment on the day of service can be paid with cash, credit card, or bank card. If paying with cash we must receive ALL PAYMENT before the first pickup takes place.

7)Proms: No alcohol of any kind will be consumed or possessed by any member of the group in the car. Any bags (INCLUDING PURSES) must be in the front seat with the driver. The partition must remain down at all times of the service. A PARENT MUST BE PRESENT to sign the Prom Agreement while the first pickup is being made. One of the passengers cannot sign the agreement.
